There are three engine options for the 2023 Ford Explorer. The 3.3L V6 Hybrid engine produces a maximum of 322 lb per ft of torque and 318 horsepower. This engine is designed to help you reduce your fuel consumption. The engine can also tow a load of 5,000 pounds. The 3.0L EcoBoost engine is also designed to help you conserve fuel. It has Auto Start and Stop Technology. It produces 415 lb per ft of torque and 400 horsepower. The 2.3L EcoBoost I-4 engine delivers 310 lb ft of torque and 300 horsepower.

All of the engines have 10-speed automatic transmission. The purpose of 10-speed automatic transmission is to help you shift gears in a more efficient process. It is able to handle both everyday driving and towing. Additionally, side-wind stabilization can keep your vehicle on its intended path when you are driving in windy conditions.
